RETURN MATERIAL FORM - NON EU

After completing the return material form you will automatically receive an e-mail containing all the data you have provided and an individual RM number.

Please refer to this specific RM number for all related transactions.

After we have examined the product you will receive a quote from YXLON Copenhagen. A formal purchase order must be received by YXLON Copenhagen in order to begin the repair.

It is of outmost importance that you follow below 6 steps before sending the goods.
If not followed, we can’t report the correct figures (required by Danish law) to customs and goods may get stuck in customs.
 
  1. Air shipment must be prepaid.
  2. Please use incoterm DDP to minimize duty problems.
  3. Please issue a proforma-invoice on your business paper, stating a nominal value of the equipment for inbound customs clearance.
  4. It must also be stated that the equipment is being "shipped to Denmark for repair & return to xxxx (your country)".
  5. Please also include Origin as Denmark/European Community and Tariff Code number 90221900.00.
  6. Please send us a copy in advance of the proforma invoice plus the AWB number for alerting our Forwarder of correct customs clearance.
  7. Mark your shipment clearly with your RM number

If needed, we can help you arrange the return freight back to you. All freight costs will be covered by you.
